What Information We Collect
KatibugKids, NPF. takes your privacy seriously. We collect basic contact information
needed for donations and event registrations such as first and last name, home address, email address and phone number.
Other information that is collected but is not stored is credit card information that is used for donations and event registrations.
All credit card transactions are handled by our 3rd-party payment processing company,
Braintree Payments.
How The Information We Collect Is UsedKatibugKids, NPF. does not sell or rent any of your contact information to any 3rd party. Your contact information is only used to inform you of upcoming events and for personal communication and correspondence.
Refunds
Unfortunately we currently do not offer refunds for donations or event registrations. In the extreme event that the amount creates a hardship, we may be able to offer a refund, but these are handled on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.
